Hi my name is Howard Gordon and I am the youngest of 6 siblings born and raised in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. We were taught to respect others and treat people as we would like to treated. We were considered a “blue collar” family and were very supportive of each other.

I served in the U. S. Army from 1964 to 1970. It was during the Vietnam conflict, but I was fortunate not to be sent over there unlike many of my friends, some of whom paid the ultimate price.

I worked for the telephone company for 35 years, moving up the ranks to become Division Manager. During my career with the telephone company, they provided me with an opportunity to go back to college and obtain a Masters Degree in Business Administration.

After that, I worked as a telecommunications consultant for 5 years in a large international consulting company. My wife and I enjoyed 2 fantastic years in Europe while I was traveling around in my consultant role. It was a magical time in our lives. We were able to bring both of our grown daughters over there to get a chance to see other wonderful parts of the world. They are both Gator Graduates.

We moved to Gainesville FL after retiring from consulting to be near one of our daughters. Best move I ever made. Gainesville is an amazing place.

I started my real estate career here in Gainesville FL in 2003. I find that my real estate career encapsulates many of the skills I have learned over the years and has helped me to become a complete professional in the real estate world. I look forward to working with you to make your home buying experience seamless, enjoyable and less stressful.
